Obituary of Violet E. Tucker

Violet E. Tucker, 79, of Millville passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at her home. Born in Fairfield Twp. to the late Charles Tucker and Viola Bard Tucker, she had lived in the Millville, Bridgeton and Fairton areas most of her life. Before her retirement, Violet had been employed with the Wheaton Candle Co. in Tuckahoe for 2 years. She had been previously employed at P.J.Ritter Co., B&B Poultry and Hunts Foods. She had attended the downtown Bridgeton Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. She is survived by; two sisters, Anna M. Stinson of Sicklerville and Beatrice J. Scott of Millville and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by, her sister, Charlotte Mae Robinson. Funeral Services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Saturday, September 18th at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. At the families request, those who attend Violet's visitation and services please wear a mask or face covering over your nose and mouth when within the funeral home.
