Rachelle L. Carman, 50, of Upper Deerfield Twp. passed away due to complications of ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at her home. Born in Vineland to John G. Walker and Linda Betkish Walker, she was the wife of Theodore “Ted” Carman. Rachelle spent most of her childhood years in Millville and had been a resident of Upper Deerfield Twp. since 2013. She had previously resided in Bridgeton and Pittsgrove. Rachelle had been previously employed at F&S Produce in Rosenhayn as a Customer Service Representative and as a hair stylist at several local salons. In her free time, she prided herself in keeping a beautiful home where she loved to landscape and enjoyed interior decorating. Her family described her as a great cook and enjoyed all of her home cooked meals especially her Mac & Cheese. Rachelle also loved to visit the beach and boardwalk at the Jersey shore with her husband and children. She is survived by; her husband, Ted Carman; her two children, Aydan Edward Carman and Ava Laree Carman; her parents, John and Linda Walker and her brother, Gerad Walker. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place at Overlook Cemetery in Bridgeton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rachelle's memory to The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter, 321 Norristown Road - Suite 260 - Ambler, PA 19002.
