Obituary of Richard K. Neal

Richard K. Neal, 82, of Bridgeton passed away at his home on Monday evening, March 1, 2021 at his home under the care of hospice and his family. Born in Fairmont, WV to the late William Neal and Katherine Morrisson Neal, he was the husband of Sandra DeVault Neal. Richard moved to Bridgeton in 1961 and had been a resident for 60 years. Prior to his retirement, Richard had worked as a fork lift operator at Alcan Packaging in Millville for 10 years. Before that, he had been previously employed at Owens Illinois Glass Co. in Bridgeton for 15 years. In his free time, Richard enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He was also an avid sports fan and loved to spend time with his best friend, his dog, Jasper. He was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church in Bridgeton. He is survived by; his wife, Sandra Neal of Bridgeton; his children, Stacy Hayes of Bridgeton, Ty Neal of Elmer and Seth Neal of Millville; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Brook, Brittany, Kristin, Heather and Ashley and 10 great-grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three sons, Richard Neal, Timothy Neal and Sean Neal. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, March 5th at Greenwood Memorial Park, 1001 E Broad St, Millville, NJ 08332 at 10 AM.
