Obituary of John Sprenkle

John Sprenkle, 66, of Upper Deerfield Twp., passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Cooper University Hospital in Camden.
Born in Bridgeton to the late Carroll “Bun” Sprenkle and Hilda Ewan Sprenkle, he was the husband of Lisa Chambers Sprenkle. John had been a resident of Upper Deerfield Twp. for the past 30 years and prior to that he had lived in Bridgeton and Seabrook.
John had worked as a manual machinist for Desiere Electric Motor Service in Vineland for several years. He had previously worked as a manual machinist at HP Machine Co. in Vineland for many years. John was a former member of the Italian American Civic Club in Bridgeton. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing baseball and later in life played softball in many local leagues. John also enjoyed working on cars and going to car shows. He was an avid NASCAR fan and his favorite drivers were, Chase Elliot, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Dale Earnhardt, Sr. John truly loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle and had rode cross-country with his wife in 2000.
He is survived by; his wife, Lisa Sprenkle of Upper Deerfield Twp.; his sister and brother-in-law, Carole and Dave Fiorani of Millsboro, DE; his niece, Michelle and her children; his nephew, Joseph and his children and several cousins.
