Obituary of Grace M. Thomas

Grace M. Thomas, 90, of Millville passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Cumberland Manor in Hopewell Twp. Born in Leipsic, DE to the late William McKinley Hines and Myrtle Myers Hines, she was the wife of the late Albert Ricci and the late Harvey Thomas. Grace had been a resident of Millville and Newport most of her life. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed by the Wheaton Glass Co. in Millville for 38 years. Grace enjoyed working outdoors and loved people. She is survived by her sister, Doris Dillahey-Campbell of Dividing Creek; her brother William Hines of Hopewell Township and several nieces and nephews. In addition, she is survived by her niece, Kathy Priolo who was the apple of her eye and caretaker. Kathy spent summers with Grace throughout her childhood. The family would like to express special thanks to her wonderful neighbors that assisted with her care and whom she loved dearly. Besides her husbands, Albert Ricci and Harvey Thomas, she was preceded in death by her sister, Anna Lore and her nephew, Joslin Lore. Graveside funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family at Newport Baptist Cemetery in Downe Township where the interment will follow the services.
