Obituary of Clara L. Marrero

Clara L. Marrero, 87, of Port Norris went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2020. She was at home and surrounded by loved ones. Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Pierce and Lillian Creamer Pierce. Besides Port Norris, she had also lived in Millville for many years and Bridgeton and Rosenhayn also. Clara had previously been employed with the Vineland Poultry Company, Bridgeton Hospital and Hunt Foods Company in Bridgeton. She enjoyed playing Bingo, Oldies Music and loved spending time with her family. Surviving are her three daughters, Rita Marrero, Betty Mosley and Maria Barrett; four sons, Edward Bruce, Steven Marrero, Martin Marrero and Ricky Marrero and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by four sons, Larry Bruce, Sr., Tony Marrero, Lewis Bruce, Jr. and Ralph Bruce; a son in law, Robert Barrett; eight brothers, Linwood, Walter, Sam, Elder, Herbert, Howard and Carl Pierce and Ralph Prianciani and four sisters, Annabelle Lee, Verna Lloyd, Dorothy Marshall and Betty Baird. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, January 9th at 2:00 PM at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township.
