Obituary of Lillian A. Jefferson

Lillian A. Jefferson, 91 of Upper Deerfield Township passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020 at her home. The daughter of the late Herbert R. and Ella Mae Jones, she was born in Bridgeton and had been a resident of Upper Deerfield Township most of her life. Before her retirement, Lillian had been employed with Kimble Glass Company in Vineland for over 30 years. She enjoyed both crocheting and quilting. Surviving are her two daughters, Donna M. Moore (Ronald) of Deerfield Township and Karen Skedzielewski (Tony) of Deerfield Township; three sisters, Betty Jones of Millville, Sandra Jones of Millville and Janet Carty (Don) of Millville; her close friend, Betty Hoffman of Millville, 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren along with one niece and one nephew. She was predeceased by her daughter, Delores “Dee” Forzetting and a sister, Elena Jones and a brother, Herbert D. Jones. Her son, Donald Lee Reed passed on Saturday, December 26th the day after his mother. Joint funeral services will be held for Lillian and Donald on Thursday, December 31st at 10:00 AM at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township. Friends will be received from 9:00 to 10:00 AM prior to the services. Interment will take place at Laurel Lawn Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Township.
