Obituary of Terry Brown

Terry Brown departed this life on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at his home. He was 55 years old. Terry was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey to the late Sylvanas and Kathryn Eubanks Brown. Terry attended the Upper Deerfield Twp. schools and graduated from Cumberland Regional High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army for two years where he received an Honorable Discharge. Terry began working at Seabrook Brothers & Sons in 1985 and had been working for them up until his passing. He was a Maintenance Supervisor. Terry gave his life to the Lord in 1991 and became a member of the Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church of Bridgeton, where he was baptized by the late Rev. Zion L. Bryd. Terry loved music, he enjoyed singing in the choir. For the last four years he had been streaming music to the radio station in Vineland, New Jersey. Terry loved sports, football was his favorite. The Eagles were his favorite team. Like sports, win or lose, good or bad, Terry stood by and was there for any and all that called on him. If he could not help, he would go out of his way to find someone that could. He was uplifting and encouraging in all walks of life. Terry was well liked and loved by all those who knew him. Terry will be greatly missed. Terry leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Tammie; a son, Willie Smith; daughters, Ashley Brown (Timmy), Terri Brown (Joseph); grandchildren, Willie Jr., Kayden, Zayliah and Ethan; brothers, Jonathan Eubanks and Lorenzo Brown of Bridgeton; sister, Sandy Brown of TX; sister-in-law, Jean Brantley, brother-in-law, Timmy Pierce and Charles Pierce (Danita); Aunt Betty Watford; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Wednesday, December 9th at 10:00 AM. Friends will be received from 9:00 to 10:00 AM prior to the services. Interment will take place at Gouldtown Memorial Park in Fairfield Twp.
