Obituary of Isaac Lane, Jr

Isaac “Ike” “Sugar Bear” Lane, Jr. of Vineland was born on July 19, 1975 in Vineland to the late Isaac Lane, Sr. and Evelyn Marie Russell. He departed this life suddenly on December 1, 2020 after a brief illness at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. Isaac attended Vineland public schools and graduated in the class of 1995. He was employed at Comar and World Wide Glass Corp. as a B Operator. Isaac was saved at a young age and was a faithful member of Beulah Tree of Life Commandment Church where he served as an usher and treasurer. Isaac was known for his affectionate smile and kindness. He loved riding motorcycles with his brother, cousins and friends. He also enjoyed working on his BMW, working out, weight lifting and spending time with his soulmate Lissette. Isaac was a loyal Eagles fan. He loved to watch movies and playing games with his grandmother, who he would tease when the Cowboys lost. At times he would make her wear Eagles gear and post it to the family. He was a devoted uncle who loved all his nieces and nephews and lil cousin, JaJa as his own children. Isaac was preceded in death by; his father, Isaac Lane, Sr.; his paternal grandmother, Mamie Lane; his maternal grandfathers, Leonard Russell and Caleb Shelton and his nephew, Jerry. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother whom he loved dearly, Evelyn Marie Russell; his brothers, Damon Lane and Willie Jamar Patton (Starsha); his sister, Dee Dee Lane; his maternal grandmother, Mary Shelton; his loving soulmate, Lisette DeJesus and Willie Patton, Jr. who was like a father to him. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and church family who he loved so dearly. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 11th at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. Interment will take place at Siloam Cemetery in Vineland.
