Margaret Theresa Hemple, 75, of Bridgeton passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at her home. Born in Camden to the late Karl Gleissner and Catherine Veronica Campbell Gleissner, she was the wife of Warren Hemple, Sr. Margaret was raised in Seabrook but had been a resident of Bridgeton most of her life. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed at Sparacio's Farm Market for 11 years. Margaret had been previously employed by; Woodland Country Day School as a bus driver and cook for about 25 years and the Bridgeton Board of Education as a bus driver. She was a faithful and dedicated member of the Millville Assembly of God since 1974 where she taught Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, adult classes and bible study. Margaret also was known to cook for church gatherings and served as the president of the Bridgeton Church Bowling League. She volunteered her time as a Big Sister for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Organization. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling and baking cakes for weddings and birthdays. Margaret would open her home to friends and family who were in need as well taking them in as one of her own. She is survived by; her husband, Warren Hemple, Sr. of Bridgeton; three children, June Miranda (Ray) of Fredericksburg, VA, Warren Hemple, Jr. (Donna) of Vineland and Wendy Rieco (Andrew) of Stafford, VA; ten grandchildren, Clarence Hemple, Jr. (Rebecca) of Bridgeton, Martin Hemple of Millville, Lauren McAllister (Kevin) of Stafford, VA, Matthew Warren Hemple of Vineland, Catie Rieco-Kunkel (Michael) of North Smithfield, RI, Jacob Miranda of Fredericksburg, VA, Noah Rieco of Stafford,VA, Josh Hemple of Vineland, Emma Rieco of Stafford, VA and Madison Miranda of Fredericksburg, VA; an adopted grandchild, Jacob Hulitt of Bridgeton; six great-grandchildren, Sadie, Olivia, Gavin, Naomi, Cindy and Finnegan; her brother, Eric Gleissner (Bob) of Florida and her sister-in-law, Doris Gleissner of Seabrook. She was preceded in death by; her daughter, Cindy Hemple; her son, Clarence Hemple, Sr. and her brother, Karl G. Gleissner. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, November 7th at 2 PM. Interment will be held at Cumberland County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 12:30 PM to 2 PM prior to the services. Due to current regulations associated with the Covid-19 healthcare situation, we are limited to 50 people within the funeral home at a time and the understanding and cooperation of the public is greatly appreciated.
