Nardean Beatrice Stewart, 90, of Bridgeton passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at her home. Born in Elmer to the late Robert F. Hutt and Florence Gresham Hutt, she was the wife of the late Edwin Stewart, Sr. Nardean had been a resident of Bridgeton since the late 1950's and before that she had resided in Elmer. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed in the Dietary Department at Bridgeton Hospital for about 20 years. Nardean had been previously employed as a dietitian at the former Manhiem Nursing Center in Bridgeton and as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Elmer Hospital for a few years. She had been a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church in Bridgeton. In her free time, Nardean loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by; her children, Edwin Stewart, Jr (Rose) of Upper Deerfield Twp., Patricia Milton (Harley) of Vineland, Cheryl Sydnor (Frederick) of Bridgeton, Darryl Stewart of Bridgeton, and Dwayne Stewart (Hayword) of Philadelphia; two sisters, Florence Lorraine Johnson of Bridgeton and Awilda Rodriguez; Her nieces, Kya Harris, Robin Thomas of Fairfield Twp. and Ranissa Johnson of Bridgeton; her nephews, Austin Craig Thomas, Jr., Douglas Hughes of Norfolk, VA and Timothy Hughes of Monroeville; 11 grandchildren, Mahlon Stewart, Desiree Milton, Jon Allen Stewart, Frederick Jackson, Nakia Cherelle Sydnor, Deborah Harris, Debaraka Harris, Austin Thomas, Jr., Aaron Thomas, Antonio Sydnor and Aaliyah Thomas and numerous great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, Edwin Stewart, Sr. she was preceded in death by three siblings, Robert Hutt, Mahlon Hutt and Virginia Hughes.
