Obituary of Matthew Carter

Matthew Carter, 44, of Leesburg passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at his home. Born in Voorhees Twp. to Anthony Carter and the late Joanne White Carter, he had resided in North Cape May for over 20 years. Matt was a graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School Class of 1994. Matt had been formerly employed by the United States Postal Service in Barrington in the sorting department. He loved music and skateboarding, surfing and cars. Matt was loved by all who knew him. He was known as a jack of all trades and his best quality was his love for his family. Matt will be dearly missed. He is survived by his father, Anthony Carter and step-mother Alice Carter of Leesburg; his two children, Garrett M. Carter and Ariana V. Carter; his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Anna White; his paternal grandparents, Harry and Gladys Carter; his sisters, Stephanie Powers (Mickey) and Tonya Jupin (Joe); his brothers, Artie Green and Mike Jupin and several nieces and nephews.
