Akeiba L. Holmes, 48, of Mullica Hill passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Inspira Medical Center-Mullica Hill. Born in Bridgeton Jule Harrison and Vivianne Holmes, she was a resident of Mullica Hill for over three year. Prior to that, Akeiba had been a resident of Bridgeton and Seabrook. Akeiba had worked as the manager of the Elwynn Group Home in Vineland for about a year. She had been previously employed as a dental assistant at Pediatric Dentistry of South Jersey in Vineland. Akeiba was a member of Life in Christ Ministries International in Bridgeton. She was also a member of the Lupus Foundation. In her free time, Akeiba enjoyed eating out and fine cuisine. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and attending family functions. She is survived by; her mother, Vivianne Holmes of Upper Deerfield Twp.; her father, Jule Harrison of Bridgeton; her daughter, Tanaijha Cupe of Mullica Hill; two grandchildren, Kymani Bowman and Ashiana Bowman; three brothers, John Beverly of Mullica Hill, Malik Jones of Elkton, MD and Joe Hannah of Bridgeton; two sisters, Stacy Cooper (Leonard) of Millville and Kim Harrison of Sicklerville and her long time companion, Michael Martin of Bridgeton. She was preceded in death by; her grandmother, Lillie Mae Darty; her grandfather, Johnnie Holmes and her uncles, George Darty and Harold Stephenson.
