Obituary of Roberta L. Algarin

Roberta Lee Algarin (Jackson), 58 of Bridgeton, New Jersey died at Inspira Medical Center Vineland on May 8, 2020 after a brief illness. The daughter of the late Charles Jackson Sr. and Shirley Lecorchick Jackson, she is survived by her husband, Wigberto whom she’d been married to for 23 years. She is also survived by her two children Jeremy (Dominique) and Joseph (Jessica). She loved her grandchildren Garrett, Logan, and Chase with all her heart. Roberta had a fiery passion to take care of others. She was employed as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for a majority of her life. She worked for many places including Lincoln Specialty Care, Genesis Millville Center, Golden Rehab, South Jersey Extended Care, and Lindsay Place. She had also served as a crossing guard for the Bridgeton Board of Education. Roberta also enjoyed her annual vacations to Wildwood, New Jersey. Roberta was preceded in death by her sister Cheryl Parsons and her brother Charles Jackson Jr. In addition to her immediate family, she is survived by her sister Linda Spatola of Fairton NJ, Debbie Lilly of Uniontown PA, and Lisa Henigin of Uniontown PA.
