Obituary of Denise Still

Denise Still, 56, of Millville passed away at her home on Sunday, February 16, 2020. Born in Brooklyn, NY to Vernell Galloway Salmon and the late Edison Still, she was a resident of Millville for the past five years. She had lived in North Carolina from the age of five to 18 and had been a resident of Cumberland County for over 35 years. She had been previously employed as a self employed home healthcare aide. Denise had also worked for Durand Glass, Cooper University Hospital and Millville Hospital. Her family described her as a jolly person who loved people. She is survived by; her mother, Vernell Salmon of South Port, NC; her sister, Marion Hurst; her nephew, Larry Bell, Jr. and two great-nephews, Lah'von Bell and Jeremiah Bell. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by; her grandmother, Beatrice Galloway. Memorial services will be held at the Davis Funeral Home - Brunswick County, 705 Southport Supply Rd.
