Montrelia Ruth Joslin, 68, of Pittsgrove Twp. passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at her home following an extended illness. Born in Fort Worth, TX to Doris Mae Coles Carll and the late Harry D. Cliver, she was the wife of the late Robin Joslin. Montrelia was a resident of Pittsgrove Twp. for the past 40 years but had lived previously in Salem and Louisiana. Prior to her retirement, she had worked as a waitress at the Golden Pigeon Diner in Bridgeton, Elmer Diner, the former Millville Motor Inn, the Presidential Diner in Vineland, the Pole Tavern Diner and the Big Apple Diner in Vineland. Montrelia had also been previously employed at the Ability Center of Gloucester County, Olan Mills and Comar Glass in Vineland. In her free time she enjoyed wearing and making jewelry, visiting flea markets and auction houses and spending time at the beach. She is survived by; three children, Montrelia R. Brown of MD, Teresa John of SC and Joshua T. Perry of Carney's Point; her mother, Doris Carll; five grandchildren, Alexanderia Sizemore, Joseph Woodring, Areal Ash, Kayla Salmon and Robert William Perry II; four great-grandchildren, her long time companion, David Schultz of Pittsgrove Twp.; nine siblings, Patsy A. Perry of Carney's Point, Peggy A. Davis of Bridgeton, Dennis T. Cliver of Pennsville, Beverly Beatty of West Deptford, Michael D. Cliver of Elmer, Cindy L. Cliver of Franklinville, Jennifer Lichtenstein of Millville, Harry D. Cliver of Commercial Twp. and David Cliver of Commercial Twp. and several step-siblings and other family members. She was preceded in death by; her grandson, David Parker and two husbands, Chester Horner and Robin Joslin. Memorial services will be held at Peton Chapel, 346 Quaker Neck Rd., Salem, NJ 08079 on Saturday, February 22nd at 12 Noon.
