Anna Jean Burr, 79, of Bridgeton, died at her home on Friday, Sept. 14, 2012. The wife of the late Arthur L. Burr, she was born in Belington, W.V., and was the daughter of the late Andrew and Cleta McLean. She graduated High School in West Virginia and her family moved to Bridgeton shortly after her graduation. She had been a Bridgeton resident for most of her life. Prior to her retirement in 2005, at 72 years of age, she had formerly been employed with the Marquette Diner, Chicken Coop, Angie's Diner and was a custodian at the Bridgeton Board of Education. She was a member of Moose Lodge, Eagles Lodge and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Survivors include: her children, Linda J. Vest and husband James E. Vest, Sr., Lower Alloways Creek, Cindy L. Moore and her husband, the late Terry D. Moore, Sr., Bridgeton, Pastor L. Wayne Mitchell and wife Cheryl, Greentown, Pa., Fred L. Campbell, Jr., Washington, Pa., Thomas S. Campbell, Bridgeton and Robert A. Campbell and wife Tina, Bridgeton; one sister, Grace Stemple, Tracy, W.V.; fourteen grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Andrew "Junior" McLean and Paul McLean, She was also preceded in death by three husbands, Arnett L. Mitchell, Fred Campbell, Jr. and Arthur Burr. Funeral services will be held in the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township, on Thursday afternoon, Sept. 20, at 3:00 O'clock. Burial will be in Fernwood Memorial Park Cemetery, Hopewell Township. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday afternoon between 2:00 and 3:00 O'clock, prior to the services at the funeral home.
