Obituary of Michael Steven Carney

Michael S. Carney, 61, of Hopewell Twp. passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Inspira Medical Center in Elmer.

Born in Bridgeton to the late Norman V. Carney and Dorothy Beckett Carney, he was a resident of Hopewell Twp. for the past 53 years and prior to the he had resided in Bridgeton.

Michael had been previously employed by Leon Stutter Medical Supply in Bridgeton and at Inspira Hospital in Bridgeton. He was an avid outdoors-man and enjoyed hiking the Appalachian Trail. Michael had also been very active with the Boy Scouts of American in years past.

He is survived by; his daughter, Ashley T. Carney and his brother, Norman E. Carney.
