Obituary of Christina Lynn Huttman

Christina Lynn Prettyman Huttman, 42, of Ashland City, Tenn., died in the Sarrah Canon Cancer Center, Nashville, Tenn., on Monday, Aug. 27, 2012. She had been in failing health for the past 4 years. The wife of Jeffrey Huttman, she had been a resident of Ashland for the past 12 years and prior to that she had lived in Vineland. She was born in Somers Point, N. J. and was the daughter of Donald Prettyman of Egg Harbor Township and the late Melba Shelton. Christina was a master hair stylist by profession. She attended the Bible Baptist Church in Clarksville, Tenn. Besides her husband and father, survivors include: one son, Samuel R. Smith, Dyersburg, TN; two sisters, Donna M. Henry, Maryland and Melissa D. Dingus, Tennessee; one step-son, Brian Huttman, Stoneyford, CA.; one step-daughter, Natasha Huttman, Ashland, TN. and one step-grandchild. Graveside funeral services will be held in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cedarville, on Saturday morning, Sept. 1, at 11:00 O'clock. Burial will follow the services.
