Obituary of Christovalina Lopez-Arriaga

Christovalina Lopez-Arriaga, 88, of Bridgeton passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019 at her home.

Born in Chinantla, Puebla, Mexico to the late Arcadio Lopez and Natalia Arriaga, she was the wife of the late Baldomero Ramos. She had immigrated to Brooklyn, NY in 1989 and had been residing in Bridgeton since the late 1990's.

Christovalina had attended the Parish of the Holy Cross-Immaculate Conception Church and spent her life as a dedicated homemaker. She also faithfully participated in the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe on December 12th for over 20 years with her husband in Chinantla.

She is survived by; nine children, Jose Ramos, Blanca Ramos, Hilda Ramos, Delia Ramos, Maria Ramos, Mateo Ramos, Margarita Ramos, Irma Ramos and Baldomero Ramos, Jr.; two brothers, Alfredo Lopez and Abel Lopez and many grandchidren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Saturday, July 13th at 4 PM. Friends were received at the funeral home from 2 PM to 4 PM prior to the services. Interment will take place in the San Juan Bautista Cemetery in Chinantla, Puebla, Mexico.
