I just read of Joyce's passing; I'm sorry for your loss. Joyce was my mentor at my first job (SSA). She was so sweet and kind.

Good friends are like diamonds, precious and rare; Joyce was by far the Hope
Diamond of friends. Since the age of eleven and one half and continuing through
the decades, Joyce and I shared the joys and poignancy of life's vissicitudes. She
was a constant throughout , always one who could be counted on. Organizations,
as well as individuals, benefited from her friendship and tireless efforts. Despite a lack of recognition, Joyce contributed selflessly to Bridgeton High's class of 1949. She will be missed profoundly.
My thoughts and love extend to all of you who share in the loss of someone who's very existence made the world much richer. As I was hospitalized at the time of Joyce's passing, I was delayed in expressing my sentiments.
Sincerely,
Rhoda Kolodin

Im so deeply sorry about the loss of your loved one.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart. I want to share with you a wonderful hope for the future in Revelation 21:4 ‘And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away’. https://www.jw.org/finder?pub=t-35&wtlocale=E&srcid=share www.jw.org/finder?pub=w14&issue=20140101&wtlocale=E&srcid=share
