Obituary of Wadena S. Langston

            Wadena S. Langston, 59, of Millville passed away with family members comforting her at her home on Saturday, May 18, 2019.

            The daughter of William N. Langston, Sr. and the late Joan Ennals Langston she was born in Port Norris and had lived in Millville for the past 15 years.  Before that she had resided in Port Norris.

            She had been employed at Durand Glass Company in Millville and also with the Woodbine Developmental Center.

            Wadena was an active member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Port Norris where she participated in several church ministries and deeply loved the little children.

            She is survived by her father William of Port Norris; three brothers, William “Skeeter” Langston, Jr. of Millville, Maurice Langston of Millville and Tyrone Langston (Angel) of Vineland; her three sisters, Sharlene Johnson (Sidney) of Millville, Carla Bell (Tom) of Kentucky and Glendora Langston of Millville along with several nieces and nephews.

            Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church, 2411 Memorial Avenue, Port Norris on Tuesday, May 28^th at 12:00 Noon.  Friends will be received at the church from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon prior to the services.  Interment will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Township.  Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.  Written condolences can be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com
