Crystal D. Norton, 50, of Bridgeton passed away at South Jersey Extended Care in Bridgeton on Thursday, February 28, 2019 following an extended illness.

 

Born in Bridgeton to Althea Patten Floyd and the late James Henry Floyd, she had been a resident of Bridgeton all of her life.

 

Prior to her illness, Crystal had been employed by Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh for over 8 years. In her free time, she enjoyed dancing with her grandchildren, playing cards and partying. Crystal also cherished all of the good times spent with her family.

 

She is survived by; five children, Tasheema Floyd of Salem, Michelle Floyd of Bridgeton, Roland Floyd of Fairfield Twp., Jeffery Robinson of Bridgeton and Rakeem Hill of Bridgeton; her mother, Althea Floyd of Bridgeton; six siblings, Arnold Patten of Bridgeton, Alvis Floyd of CA, Della Jenkins of North Jersey, Otassie Graham of North Jersey, Frances Floyd of Irvington and Machelle Floyd of Bridgeton; 13 grandchildren and a host nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. She was preceded in death by her father, James Henry Floyd.

 

Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, March 8th at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
