Obituary of Nancy Lisa Thomas

            Nancy Lisa Thomas, 58, of Mays Landing passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at AtlantiCare in Pomona. 

            Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of Mary Scafe Miller and the late Wilbert C. Miller.  She had been a resident of Mays Landing for 15 years and had lived in Vineland prior to that. 

            She was previously employed at the King David Nursing Center in Atlantic City. 

 

            Nancy was a Veteran of the United States Army and served her country stationed in Germany. 

 

            In addition to her mother, Mary, who resides in Vineland, Nancy is survived by three children, D.I. Marie Anderson of TX, Mariah Taylor-McMahan of Toms River and Ashley Miller of Vineland and ten brothers and sisters, Mary Scafe, Melvin Bridges, Marcus Bridges, Darrell Bridges, Lawrence Miller, Kim Miller, Jeffery Miller, Linda Miller, Rodney Miller and Terrence Miller.

            Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Thursday, January 17th at 11 AM.  Friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services.  Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in North Hanover Township where her late father is also interred.  Written condolences can be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
