Obituary of Annie P. Davis

            Annie P. Davis, 84, of Mesa, AZ, formerly of Millville and Hopewell Twp., passed away on Friday evening, December 28, 2018 at her home.

            Born in Americus, GA to the late Vicie Madison Dairsow, she was the wife of the late Albert Davis, Sr.  Annie had been living in Mesa, AZ for the past three months following the death of her husband.

            Prior to her retirement, she had been employed at Anchor Hocking Glass Co. in Salem for over 25 years. Annie was a member of Crusaders for Christ Church in Bridgeton and she enjoyed evangelism and singing.

            She is survived by five children, Beverly Force of Mesa, AZ, Albert Davis, Jr. of Mesa, AZ, Jonathan Davis of Atlanta, GA, Tammy Thomas of Greenwich and Tracey Davis of Jacksonville, FL and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Vanessa Davis and Betty Johnson and seven siblings, Clive Dairsow, Tracey Dairsow, Florine Cook, John Dairsow, Eula Bartley, Jessie Dairsow and Mary Crawford.

            Funeral services will be held at Crusaders for Christ Church, 33 Reeves Road, Bridgeton on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Gouldtown Memorial Park in Fairfield Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
