Obituary of Ruth Woodward

Ruth Woodward, 81, of Upper Deerfield Twp. and formerly of Newfield passed away at the Meadowview Nursing Center in Williamstown on Sunday, December 23, 2018.

Born in Bridgeton to the late Warren Everingham and Mary Warfle Everingham, she was the wife of the late Merril Woodward, Jr. Ruth had been a resident of Upper Deerfield Twp. where she lived with her son David until 2016. She had previously resided in Newfield, Bridgeton and Monroeville prior to that. In her free time, Ruth enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting and playing bingo.

She is survived by; two sons, Richard M. Woodward and his wife, Barbara of Colorado and David A. Woodward and his wife, Janice of Upper Deerfield Twp.; seven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by; her husband, Merril Woodward, Jr. and a son, Robert J. Woodward.
