Obituary of Margaret L. Travaline

Margaret “Peggy” Travaline, 83, of Upper Deerfield Township passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland.

            Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of the late Michael Travaline and Mary Godfrey Travaline.  She had been an Upper Deerfield Township resident most of her life.

            Before her retirement, Peggy had been employed with Leon Stotter Medical Supply in Bridgeton for several years and prior to that with Morton Jewelers in Bridgeton also for many years.

            She was an avid sports fan and extremely athletic in her younger years enjoying and playing many different types of sports including tennis. 

            She is survived by her two brothers, Michael Travaline of Hopewell Township and Robert Travaline and his wife, Kathy of Upper Deerfield Township; a niece and nephews, Jeff Travaline, Rich Hedman, David Travaline, Randy Travaline and Stephanie Wood.   Peg was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Jane “Beth” Hedman, her nephew Michael Travaline and her sister in law, Rhoda Travaline.

            Services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Wednesday, November 7^th at 11 AM.  Friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services.  Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Township.  Written condolences can be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
