Obituary of Norma L. Stanfa

            Norma L. Stanfa, 90, of Bridgeton passed away at her home on Saturday, September 8, 2018 under the care of her family and hospice.

            The daughter of the late Albert Lunsford and Courteny Peters Lunsford, she was born in Marfrance, West Virginia and was the wife of Peter Stanfa.  She had been a Bridgeton resident for 70 years, coming here from West Virginia. 

            Before her retirement, Norma had been employed with the Owens-Illinois Glass Company in Bridgeton for 21 years. 

            In addition to her husband, Peter, she is survived by her two children, Frank Stanfa and his wife, Donna of Upper Deerfield Twp. and Terri McLaughlin and her husband David of Vineland; three sisters, Betty Spatafore of Malaga, Wanda George of WV and Annie Lunsford of FL; three grandchildren, Kevin Stanfa, Kelly Hilbert and Courtney Reed and seven great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by two brothers, Charles Lunsford and Albert Lunsford, Jr.;a sister, Maria Lunsford Sheppard and a grandson, Nicholas A. Stanfa.
