Obituary of Mildred S. Hall

Mildred S. Hall, age 99, of Vineland died on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Lincoln Specialty Care Center in Vineland. Born in Bridgeton on June 4, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Irving L. Scudder and Helen Davis Scudder and the wife of the late William W. Hall. She had lived at her present address in Vineland since 2003 and prior to that that had resided in Millville. Before her retirement she had operated the concession stand at the Bridgeton Zoo, worked at Owens-Illinois Glass Co. in Bridgeton and also George Burt Printing Co. in Fairton. She was a member of the Fairton United Methodist Church for over 80 years. She is survived by her son, William A. Hall, Sr. and his wife Rita of Vineland; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Artlen Scudder. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 3rd at the Padgett Funeral Home, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township, at 10 AM. A visitation will be held on Monday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cedarville.
