Kayla Marie Ayars-Clark, 28, of Cedarville died unexpectedly on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Inspira Medical Center-Vineland.

 

Born in Camden to Carl Ayars and Ma Bs (Jane Bowen), she was the wife of Josh Clark. Kayla had been a resident of Lawrence Twp. most of her life.

 

Kayla had been most recently employed as a server at Dino's Pizzeria in Cedarville. She had also been employed by; the Riverside Wawa in Millville, Red Robin in Vineland and the Bull on the Barn in Newport. She was a graduate of Myron L. Powell Elementary School in Cedarville and Cumberland Regional High School in Upper Deerfield Twp. Kayla had also attended Cumberland County College. In her free time, she enjoyed listening to music, fishing, visiting the beach and boardwalk and going to concerts. Kayla also shot a 9 point buck on her first deer hunt. She was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Flyers. Most of all she loved to spend time with her daughters. Kayla was also an organ donor who will continue to live on through two transplant recipients.

 

She is survived by; her husband, Joshua Clark of Millville; her father, Carl Ayars of Cedarville; her mother, Jane Bowen and her husband, Terry of Newport; her two daughters, Zoey Jane Clark and Kenzie Lou Clark; her sister, Tiffany Anne Loew (Bill) of Newport; her mom mom, Theresa Bowen; her sisters-in-law, Jodi Overstreet (Brian) and Jamie Clark; her nieces, Casey Grieco (David), Sarah Loew and Addison Overstreet; her nephews, Bill Loew, Jr. (Kayla), Joshua Loew and Shane Clark; her aunts, Carolyn Bettis, Vernie Douglas and Betty Killion; her three best friends, Desiree Burlew, Kitty Carlson and Nikki Taylor and many cousins and extended family members. She was preceded in death by; her grandparents, Harold Ayars, Edith Ayars and Betty Stidham and her mother-in-law, Cindy Lou Waterhouse.

 

A memorial service will be held at Newport Baptist Church, 319 Baptist Road, Newport on Saturday, August 25th at 2 PM. Friends will be received at the church from 12 Noon to 2 PM prior to the services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Kayla's memory to the custodial savings accounts of her daughters, Zoey and Kenzie Clark at Fulton Bank, PO Box 389, Rosenhayn NJ 08352 c/o Sandy Taylor.
