            Elsie M. Webster, 90, of Bridgeton died on Monday, May 7, 2018 under the care of hospice and her family at the home of her god-daughter, Stephanie Sebastian in Upper Deerfield Twp.

 

            Born in Bridgeton to the late Leon Loatman and Myrtle Pierce Loatman, she was the wife of the late Edward C. Webster. Elsie had been a lifetime resident of the Bridgeton area.

 

            Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as a foreman with Leone Industries in Bridgeton and Anchor Hocking in Salem. Elsie was a member of the Nanticoke Lenni Lenape Indians of New Jersey and the Bridgeton Assembly of God Church. In her free time, she enjoyed reading.

 

            She is survived by her sister, Florence Seeney of Salem and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Leon Loatman; two brothers, Leon and Raymond Loatman and two sisters, Bertha Rivera and Edith Williams.

 

            Private graveside services were held at Greenwood Memorial Park in Millville. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com
