Obituary of Lillian P Thompson

            Lillian P. Thompson, 85, of Millville, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family after an extended illness on Thursday, May 3, 2018. She was born in Millville to the late George Washington Smith and Barbara (Brecht) Smith.

            She had worked at Millville Dye and Finishing for many years prior to retirement.

 Lillian was an avid Bingo player who played all over the tri-state area. She was a huge Philadelphia sports fan and could often be found yelling at the television while watching sporting events. She was quite the animal lover and cared for animals from all walks of life.

            Lillian is survived by two sons, Wayne Motter Sr. of Millville and Nelson Thompson Jr. and his wife Debbie of Millville; five daughters, Sharon Cox of Millville, Wanda Thompson of Vineland, Barbra Robarge of Ohio, Cindy Lebron of Norma and Betty Gould and her husband Greg of Millville; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and a very special grandson, Josh. Lillian was predeceased by her husband, Nelson Thompson Sr.; a son, Michael Thompson and two granddaughters, Lillian Cox and Rachael Thompson.

            Graveside services will be held Monday, May 7th at 11 AM at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 601 W Main St, Millville.  Services are under the direction of PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp.
