            Albert Davis, Sr., 86, of Millville died on Wednesday April 25, 2018 at his home under the care of hospice and his family.

 

            Born in Tallahassee, FL, he was the husband of Annie Dairsow Davis. He had been a resident of Millville for the past four years and prior to that had lived in Hopewell Twp. for over 40 years.

 

            Albert had been employed as a mason by trade with Construction Union Local 222 in Camden. He was a member of Bethel Pentecostal Church in Bridgeton. In his free time, Albert enjoyed fishing and playing tennis.

 

            In addition to his wife, Annie he is survived by five children, Beverley Force of Millville, Albert Davis, Jr. of AZ, Jonathan Davis of GA, Tammy Thomas of Greenwich and Tracey Davis of FL. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Vanessa Davis and Betty Johnson.

 

            Funeral services will be held at Bethel Pentecostal Church, 128 South Ave., Bridgeton on Thursday May 3rd at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Gouldtown Memorial Park in Fairfield Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
