Obituary of Octavia Harmon

            Octavia Harmon, 89, of Fairfield Twp. died on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at the Cumberland Manor in Hopewell Twp.

            Born in Pelham, GA to the late Ed and Dollie Burden, she was the wife of the late William Harmon. She had lived in Fairfield Twp. for three years and prior to that had resided in Vineland.

            Octavia had been previously employed at Vineland Kosher Poultry. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, traveling and the great outdoors.  

            She is survived by five children, Rosetta Jones of Bridgeton, Eddie Burden of Bridgeton, Jerome Burden of Bridgeton, Heidi Burden of Fairfield Twp. and Marzette Tellis of Ohio; a sister, Martha of GA and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and seven sisters.
