Obituary of Luigina Huber

Luigina “Jeanne” Huber, 84, Bridgeton NJ passed away on October 11th, 2017 at Elmer Hospital surrounded by her family. 

Jeanne was born in Westgrove PA to Mariano and Rose Canino on December 25th, 1932. She was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Chemistry and Mathematics. She was a teacher at Immaculate Conception Regional School for many, many years touching the lives of many children. She was very involved in and loved her church community.

Jeanne is survived by her son; Joseph Huber III of Arizona and her grandson Thomas Huber; her son, David Huber and daughter in law Dawn Huber, grandsons; Ryan Huber and David M. Huber with whom she lived. She is also survived by; her brother Anthony Canino and his wife Ada; her niece, Maria and her son, Franky; nephews, Anthony and his daughter Renee, Christopher and Francis Canino. She also leaves behind a host of friends. Jeanne is predeceased by her husband Joseph Huber Jr and her parents.  

The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at the Parish of the Holy Cross-Immaculate Conception Church, 312 N. Pearl Street, Bridgeton on Monday, October 16th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Bridgeton at a later time. Friends will be received at the church from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mrs. Huber's memory to the Parish of the Holy Cross, 46 Central Ave., Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
