Obituary of Mitchell Holt

Mitchell Holt, 61, of Greenwich died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at his home. Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of Zola Buckner Holt of Upper Deerfield Twp. and the late Landon “Brick” Holt. He had been a Greenwich resident for 30 years and had lived in Shiloh prior to that. Mitchell had previously been employed with Casie Ecological in Vineland. He was an avid chess player and golfer. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Jeremy M. Holt of Greenwich; his sister, Judy Mahaffey of Pennsville and two brothers, Wilbert Holt of Vineland and Ronda Holt of Upper Deerfield Twp. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Friday, April 21st at 12 Noon. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 11 AM to 12 Noon prior to the services. Interment will take place at Centerton Free Will Baptist Cemetery in Pittsgrove Twp.
