Obituary of Robert N. Bryant

Robert N. Bryant, Sr., 78, of Upper Deerfield Twp. died Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Inspira Medical Center-Vineland. Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of the late Chester Edwards and Willamina Bryant and the husband of Mary Nichols Bryant. He had been an Upper Deerfield Twp. resident for 9 years and had lived in Springtown for most of his life. Before his retirement, Robert had been employed with Clement Papas Co. in Seabrook and Hunt-Wesson Foods Co. in Bridgeton. He is survived by five sons, John Thomas of Bridgeton, Robert N. Bryant, Jr. of Millville, Lorne Bryant of Millville, Joseph Thomas of Bridgeton and Oscar Thomas of Bridgeton; three brothers, Thomas, Boyd and William Bryant, Sr. and two sisters, Loretta Taylor and Alice Pierce. He was predeceased by two sisters, Lydia and Sherry and a brother, Ricky Pierce. Funeral services will be held at the Cohansey Baptist Church, 714 Roadstown Road, Hopewell Twp. on Saturday, March 4th at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the church from 10 to 11 AM prior to the services. Interment will take place at Springtown Cemetery, Greenwich Twp. Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Twp.
