Obituary of Luvenia Green

Luvenia Green, 69, of Bridgeton died on Thursday evening, February 2, 2017 at Cumberland Manor in Hopewell Twp. She was born in Barnhill, SC to the late Rious Green and Elizella Funches Green. She had been a resident of the Bridgeton area most of her life. Luvenia was a veteran of the United States Army serving her country during the Vietnam Conflict. Prior to her retirement she had worked for Leone Industries in Bridgeton. Luvenia was a member of Miracle Temple in Millville. Surviving are her three children, Levois “Lee” Green of Fairfield Twp., Aundrey L. Green of Millville and Andrea N. Dukes of Bridgeton; three brothers, Joe L. Green of Millville, James “Frank” Banks of MD and Harvey Green of Atlantic City; five sisters, Margaret Brown of Vineland, Mattie Carr of VA, Riva Green of Millville, Roberta Green of Millville and Dorothy Green of GA; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Miracle Revival Temple, 1409 East Main Street, Millville on Saturday, February 11th at 12 Noon. Interment will take place at Cumberland County Veterans Cemetery in Hopewell Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 10 AM to 12 Noon prior to the services.
