I like Vincent very much. I first met him while working with Pastoral Care at the hospital a couple years ago. Vincent and I hit it off right away. We had many discussions on God, life, boating, fishing and crabbing. Vincent and his wife came and visited me at home, and I visited at his. I also talked with Vincent several times when he was in and out of the hospital. The last time I saw Vincent was just a few weeks ago at the hospital. His wife was with him and he was getting ready to eat a big cheeseburger. Vincent for the first time allowed me to pray with him. I will never forget that moment. In prayer with he and his wife, I ask God to reveal himself to Vincent, and I asked for God to cause Vincent to seek him even more than ever. Vincent was kind and easy going, even during his suffering. A few times he called me on the phone out of the blue. I will never forget my friend Vincent Ketterer. His wife and family are in my prayers.
