Samuel “Peanut” File, 39, of Franklin Twp. died unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, November 19, 2016.
Samuel was born in Bridgeton to Johnnie File, Sr. and the late Hattie Bell Jones File. He had been a resident of Cedarville for most of his life.
He is survived by his father, Johnnie J. File, Sr. of Millville; nine children, Jordan Bouillon, Samira File, Samaija File, Tiara Bouillon, Samuel File, Jr., Samer File, Pharen File, Zayden File, and Mariah Hibbert; five brothers, Taheem Rasheed, Johnny J. File, Jr., Nathan File, Jerome File and Michael File and a sister, Carolyn Y. Blakely. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Angelina File and two brothers, James E. Jones and Carl B. File.
Funeral services will be held at New Hope Baptist Church, 117 Schaffer Ave. Cedarville, on Saturday, November 26th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cedarville. Friends will be received at the church from 9 AM to 11 AM prior to the services. Written condolences can be sent to the family through the funeral home website at www.padgettfuneralhomes.com.
