James G. "Jimbo" Calvert, Jr., age 52, of Cedarville died unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, April 5, 2012. The husband of Violet Dunkel Calvert, Jim was born in Washington, PA on July 23, 1959 and was the son of Ruby Peters Calvert of Washington, PA and the late James G. Calvert. He had been a Cedarville resident for the past 16 years and had lived in Bridgeton prior to that. He had been employed with Leone Industries as a Master Operator for the past 25 years and was an avid hunter, fisherman and motorcyclist. In addition to his wife Violet and his mother, he is survived by a son, Joseph B. Cobb, III of Cedarville; his grandson, Joseph B. Cobb, IV; two sisters, Cyndi Calvert-Sirabella of Amwell, PA and Marcy Calvert of Washington, PA; a brother, Mark Calvert of SC and several nieces, nephews other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Friday, April 13th at 10 AM. Burial will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cedarville. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions in Jim's memory be made to a trust fund established for his grandson, Joseph B.
