Obituary of Clinton J. Williams

Clinton J. Williams, 87, of Fairfield Twp. died Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Inspira Medical Center-Vineland. Born in Manchester, Jamaica, he was the son of the late Cleveland Rose and Edith A. Williams and the husband of the late Delores Williams. He had been a Fairfield Twp. resident for 45 years and prior to that had resided in Bridgeton. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Williams had been employed with the General Motors Corp. in Wilmington, DE. He had also owned and operated the C & B Deli on Route 49 in Gouldtown for many years. He is survived by his son, Frederick Antonio Williams of Fairfield Twp. and eight brothers and sisters. He was predeceased by his daughter, Pamela Williams and four brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held at Trinity AME Church, 1107 Bridgeton-Millville Pike, Gouldtown on Saturday, Sept. 10th at 12 Noon. Friends will be received at the church from 10 AM to 12 Noon prior to the services. Interment will take place at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Twp.
