Obituary of Dean R. Jones

Dean R. Jones, 58, of Port Norris died Monday, July 11, 2016 at Inspria Medical Center in Vineland. Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of Robert Gordon and Maxine Jones and the husband of Jacqueline Barrow. He had been a Port Norris resident most of his life. Dean had been employed as a fork lift operator at Surfside Seafood Company in Bivalve. In addition to his wife Jacqueline, he is survived by three sons, Robert Kent of Vineland, Tony Kent of Bridgeton and Dean Jones, Jr. of Millville; a step-daughter, Nakya Mack (Gary) of Bridgeton; two step-sons, Bobby Barrow of PA and Christopher Barrow of Port Norris; four brothers, James Jones (Monique) of SC, Steven Jones of Cape May, Michael Jones (Kim) of Port Norris and Hector Jones of Trenton; two sisters, Maxine Roberson of Millville and Dinah Jones of PA, 10 grandchildren and a special cousin, Evangeline Coursey. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Wednesday, July 20th at 11 AM. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9 to 11 AM. Interment will take place at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Township.
