Obituary of Pecolia Gillis

Pecolia Gillis, 82, of Hopewell Twp. died on Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Cumberland Manor in Hopewell Twp. Born in Swainsboro, GA to the late Sim Thomas and Louella Jackson Thomas, she was the wife of the late Dothan Gillis. Pecolia had lived in Hopewell Twp. for the past five years and prior to that she had been a resident of Bridgeton. She had been a homemaker. Pecolia is survived by a son, Jerry Thomas and many other extended family members. She was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be held at Faith Outreach Deliverance Church, 100 South Pine St., Bridgeton on Friday, May 27th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Laurel Lawn Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Twp. Friends will be received at the church from 10 AM to 11 AM prior to that services.
