Obituary of Sandra Helen Fourman

Sandra H. Fourman, 78, of Newport died on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital following an extended illness. Born in East Orange to the late John Van Eyk, Jr. and Helen M. Grabowski, She had been a resident of Newport for many years. Sandra had been employed at the Cumberland/Salem Guide for 38 years until her passing. She had also been the proprietor of Pampered Pets for over 20 years. She was also an avid animal lover especially her cat, Lucy Louise. In her free time, Sandra enjoyed classic cars, bird watching, being by the water, listening to classic rock and motorcycles. She also enjoyed birthday meals at Terrigno's Fairfield Inn and eating at the Bull on the Barn in Newport. She is survived by; her son, John Fourman (Shay); her grandchildren, Harper and Alayna; her sister, Gwen Nolan of Toms River; her lifetime partner of 35 years, Clifton Justice; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by; her parents and her son, Stephen Novajovsky. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Thursday, November 16th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Newport Baptist Cemetery in Downe Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10 AM to 11AM prior to the services.
