Obituary of Flora S. Jenkins

Flora S. Jenkins, 92, of Cedarville passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the Maurice House Assisted Living Residence. Born in Bridgeton to the late Robert Williams, Sr. and Beatrice Peterson Williams, she was the wife of the late Floyd C. Jenkins. Flora had been a resident of Cedarville for most of her life. She was a member of the Centre Grove United Methodist Church where she served the Lord faithfully with all her heart. Prior to her retirement, she worked in the deli at Hummel's News Agency in Bridgeton and had also been previously employed at the former M.C. Shrank Co. in Bridgeton. In her free time, Flora loved to travel with her late husband, collecting ceramic birds, watching NASCAR and cheering for the Philadelphia Phillies. She was also a Titanic enthusiast and enjoyed anything related to the ship. Most of all, Flora enjoyed spending time with her family as they were her everything. She is survived by; her daughter, Jackie Kuhn (Bruce) of Cedarville; her son, Glenn Loll (Sarah) of Millville; her siblings, Linda Donato (Jim) of TN, Charlene Green (Jim) of Bridgeton and Patricia Sais of AZ; six grandchildren, Kelly Zurlo, Bruce Kuhn (Leanne), Michelle Gove, Erin Green, Holly Mummert and Chris Loll and six great-grandchildren; Anthony Zurlo, Daniel Zurlo, Kaylee Green, Griffin Lalli, and Ella Grace Kuhn. She was preceded in death by; her husband, Floyd C. Jenkins; her son, David Loll; and her siblings, Walter Williams, Sr., Robert Williams, Jr., Kenneth Williams, Genie Williams, Jesse Williams, Sr., Sally Drain, Roy Williams, David Williams and Shirley Pierce. Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERLA HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Twp. on Monday, September 18th at 11 AM. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Lawrence Twp. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10AM to 11 AM prior to the services.
