Obituary of Joseph W. Derr

Joseph W. Derr, 66, of Fortescue died unexpectedly at his home on October 13, 2017.

            Joseph was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late William D. Derr and Barbara Ashcroft Derr. He had resided in at his home in Fortescue since April of 2012 and had lived in Philadelphia before that.

            In his free time, Joseph enjoyed surfing the internet, playing computer games and listening to music especially Pink Floyd. He was known as a fun loving person and always made people laugh.

            He is survived by his sister, Barbara Saxton and her husband, Stephen of Philadelphia, PA; his nieces and nephews, Robert Saxton of Haddon Heights, Stephanie Martin and her husband, Tommy of South Hampton, Bucks County, PA and Barbara R. Saxton of Philadelphia and two great-nephews, Robert Thomas Saxton and Stephen Stokes. He was preceded in death by his brother, William Derr.
