Obituary of Shari Lynn Emery

Shari L. Emery, 62, of Deerfield Twp. passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at her home under the care of her family and hospice. Born in Bridgeton to Charles S. Woodlin and Molly Westcott Haaf, she was the wife of Kenneth W. Emery. Shari had grown up in Cedarville and had been a Cumberland County resident her whole life. She had been employed by Amcor, formerly Wheaton Glass in Millville for 35 years. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, and day trips to her favorite places like Cape May, Lancaster, and St. Augustine. She was an avid reader of horror and sci-fi novels and enjoyed films and shows of the same genre. She will be remembered for her selflessness, strong will, and big heart. She is survived by; her husband, Kenneth W. Emery of Deerfield Twp.; her mother, Molly Haff (Jim) of Millville; her father, Charles Woodlin of NC; a sister, Stacy Woodlin of Millville; and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents. In honor of Shari’s wishes services were held privately.
