Obituary of Sally A. Adams

Sally A. Adams, 80, of Newfield passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025 at her home under the care of hospice and her family. Born in Bridgeton to the late Lena Rannels, she was the wife of George E. Adams. Sally had been a resident of Cumberland County and southern NJ most of her life. She had been a homemaker tirelessly caring for her family and her home. In her free time, Sally enjoyed shopping at thrift stores and spending time with her grandchildren. Her family described her as always ramming and always on the go. She was one of a kind and be missed dearly by all that knew her. Sally was also known for her sense of humor. She is survived by; her husband, George; three children, Debbie (Harry), Sherry (Don) and Shelly (Scott); her sister, Betty Ann; her brother, Jimmy; three grandchildren, Adam, Terri and Steven and nine great-grandchildren, Donnie III, Breia, Jaxon, Adam, Jr., Aaron, Hazel, Lucas, Wes and Adrienne. She was preceded in death by; her parents; her son, Terry Adams; her grandson, Donnie Knight, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Knight and Owen Knight-McMahon and her sister, Ruth Sanderlin.
