Obituary of Richard K. Powell

Richard K. Powell, 83, of Elmer, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Inspira Medical Center in Elmer. Richard was born to the late Herbert and Dorothy Alles Powell in Wilkes-Barre, PA. He was the husband to Debra Powell for the past 45 years. He loved spending time with his family. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and adored all of his pets who he considered his children. Richard was a professional drummer in his early years and had a passion for music. Richard is survived by; his wife, Debra Powell; children, Richard H. Powell and Dawn Andrasz (Tom); grandchildren, EriK R. Andrasz, Jr. and Kaylynn McDonald (Spencer); and great-grandchildren, Aria, Laila and Bruin. He was preceded in death by; his parents, Herbert and Dorothy Powell; and sister, Dorothy Mills. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19th from 1 PM to 3 PM, at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME 1107 Hwy 77, Upper Deerfield Twp.
